ACTIVE ADULT FITNESS
This is a 30 min class that consist of Weight Training & Cardio at a slow pace. This class is 80% slower than our normal classes. Great for newbies to exercise!!

Designed to let you and your little ones 0 to 4 years old wiggle, sing and learn together! The Zumbini program is where the science of child development meets the magic of Zumba! Zumbini® program combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning, and fun!
JUMPING FITNESS JUMPING INTERVAL JUMPING BOOT CAMP
Our original most famous program. Redefining the way of exercising on trampolines. Very intense cardio workout with a variety of exercise methods (Weight Training, Kickboxing, etc). You are able to burn up to a 1,000 calories in a single class!
Interval class is a unique combination of Jumping® and HIIT strengthening. In this class we use a lot different equipment like a sandbag, kettlebells etc. This class represents a perfect mix of strength and cardio training.
Looking for a tough strength training? Jumping® Bootcamp is then definitely the class for you! Jumping® warmup, 3-4 rounds of tough circuit topped by an intense Jumping® song! This is totally a kick-a** one!
